👋What are our wishes? We are looking for a Senior Agile Business Analyst with strong QA and functional testing experience. The role involves leading end-to-end business analysis, writing clear and testable requirements, supporting UAT, and ensuring high-quality solution delivery. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and stakeholders in an Agile environment. Qualifications 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environment Hands-on experience in UAT, functional testing, and defect management At least 5 years of experience in business process documentation Experience with SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Waterfall Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar Experience in data-driven systems, integrations, or legacy migrations ISTQB, CBAP, CCBA, or similar certification is a plus Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) Experience mentoring junior BAs or QA is an advantage Knowledge of Microsoft technologies (SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, Dynamics 365, Power BI) is a plus
