Testing Coordinator
Location: On-site, Zemun, Belgrade, Serbia
Duration: 3 years (with expected extensions for maintenance and system upgrades) Responsibilities
As a Testing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role within project implementation teams, ensuring the quality, reliability, and security of the GenTax platform. You will manage testing activities across multiple phases, including business/system testing, end-to-end, performance, and application security. Your responsibilities will include
Plan and Schedule Testing Activities: Develop and oversee the testing schedule in coordination with project teams. Ensure all testing phases are completed on time and aligned with the project timeline.
Develop and Manage Test Scenarios: Collaborate with project teams and client subject matter experts to write comprehensive test scenarios reflecting user workflows and system interactions. Continuously review and update test cases to incorporate new updates or system changes.
Coordinate and Train Testers: Lead and support the testing team, providing guidance on testing processes, tools, and best practices. Equip testers with the knowledge and resources needed for accurate and efficient testing.
Oversee Test Lab Environment: Manage the setup and maintenance of the test lab environment, providing support to client testers.
Monitor and Report Testing Progress: Track testing activities, record metrics, and provide regular updates to project stakeholders. Identify potential issues early and work with project teams to implement corrective actions.
Assist in Quality Assurance and Test Optimization: Continuously assess testing practices and quality assurance processes, recommending improvements to enhance testing effectiveness and efficiency. Actively participate in all project testing phases, including business/system, acceptance, regression, interfaces, and other relevant types of testing. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience). Minimum 2 years of experience in a testing role. Experience managing or participating in testing on a large project and with multi-functional products. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with aptitude for identifying and troubleshooting complex technical issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple testing projects and meet deadlines in a professional environment. Personal integrity, confidence, and enthusiasm for quality assurance and software testing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) to manage and document testing processes. Fluent in Serbian and English, both spoken and written.
