Full Description

Job Title: Accessibility Lead - QA

We are seeking an experienced Accessibility Testing QA Lead to drive accessibility compliance across our Android, iOS, and Web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accessibility standards, hands-on experience testing multi-platform applications, and the ability to guide teams toward delivering inclusive, compliant products.

GAR regression testing across Android, iOS, and Web platforms.

Perform accessibility testing on web application using assistive technologies like screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, Voiceover)

Perform manual and accessibility testing on web and mobile app

Ensure compliance with EAA, GAR guidelines, and platform-specific accessibility standards (Android Accessibility, iOS Voice Over guidelines).

Document accessibility issues clearly with steps to reproduce, screenshot and severity

Create comprehensive accessibility test plans and execution strategies.

Track accessibility issues, drive root-cause analysis, and ensure timely remediation.

Mentor and guide QA team members on accessibility testing best practices.

Understanding of Agile methodologies & processes

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking.

Utilize ADB (Android Debug Bridge) for debugging and testing Android applications.

Verify bug fixes and new features across platforms, ensuring all changes function as intended.

Update test results, ensuring transparency in the quality process.

Actively participate in release cycles, including testing of last-minute fixes, feature sign-offs, and final quality checks.

Follow up on critical defects, coordinating with developers to expedite resolution.

Work with the team to improve testing processes, optimize test case coverage

10+ years of QA experience with at least 5 years focused on accessibility testing.
