Job Description
The Test Data Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining test data sets that support automated and manual testing across VESEE environments. This role ensures test data accuracy, availability, and privacy compliance, enabling consistent and repeatable quality validation throughout development, integration, and release cycles.

This position is remote but may require occasional onsite meetings in McLean, VA.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience managing test data or database-driven test support activities.
Strong experience with Oracle RDS and SQL/PL-SQL.
Experience developing and maintaining stored procedures and functions.
Experience with query optimization, execution plans, materialized views, and partitioning.
Experience performing ETL/ELT data transformations for test data preparation.
Experience working with JSON, CSV, and XML data export and import.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with QA, engineering, and operations teams.
