Position Overview

A self-starting QA Analyst is required to join QA department within the Ralph Lauren Retail IT division. This truly is a role where the successful candidate can apply their vision to help shape what a great QA department looks like. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in delivering solid Quality Assurance results in IT software development and testing landscape for ecommerce mobile technologies via test automation. The Ralph Lauren DTC team has a global presence and needs the QA analyst to help deliver tested, end-user ready software applications to the digital teams. This will comprise of both in-house applications and vendor supplied products. The QA Analyst will work closely with the Ralph Lauren Digital IT, Mobile Application Team, Web Application Team and external vendors where necessary. This is an exciting opportunity to get in at grass roots level and help grow the function of Ralph Lauren, globally.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Work concurrently on multiple projects with globally distributed teams, supporting both internal and external software development initiatives. Develop detailed manual test cases and perform functional testing for e commerce web applications. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to support regression and functional testing of e commerce platforms. Collaborate closely with cross functional project stakeholders to identify, document, and resolve testing issues across all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC). Create, refine, and optimize testing processes, including defect management, tracking, and reporting workflows. Design and manage test data, ensuring compliance with applicable data governance and privacy requirements across all testing environments. Manage test execution activities, communicating variances from the test plan and escalating critical issues as necessary. Prepare and deliver automation execution status reports, highlighting progress, risks, and actionable insights. Participate in all defect triage meetings, daily standups, and other agile/scrum ceremonies to ensure effective communication and continuous process improvement.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Essentials: -e-Commerce testing experience with IBM OMS & Sales Force commerce Cloud (SFCC) (Min 4 to 5 years) -Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. -Strong exposure to Selenium Automation -Ability to work towards tight deadlines
