Must-have skills

5+ years in Software QA with strong SFCC exposure
Deep understanding of SFCC architecture and Business Manager
REST API testing experience (OCAPI/SCAPI preferred)
Web app testing knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Agile QA methodologies and regression testing; strong communication and stakeholder management

Nice-to-haves

Experience with data validation and backend testing at scale
Familiarity with Postman or similar API testing tools; exposure to Demandware terminology
Experience with UAT coordination and QA dashboards/metrics

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) QA Engineer to join a dynamic Enterprise eCommerce team. If you have strong expertise in SFCC testing and enjoy working in a fast-paced Agile environment, this could be a great opportunity for you!

Role Overview The Senior SFCC QA Engineer will play a key role in defining QA strategy and executing end-to-end testing across the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform and its integrations. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality releases across storefront, order lifecycle, promotions, and business integrations.

Key Responsibilities ✅ Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for SFCC ✅ Validate end-to-end eCommerce workflows (catalog, cart, checkout, orders & fulfillment) ✅ Perform functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and system testing ✅ Test integrations with OMS, payment gateways & third-party systems ✅ Execute backend testing and data validation ✅ Work closely with Developers, Product Owners & Business teams ✅ Manage defects and test cycles using JIRA ✅ Support UAT, releases, and post-deployment validations ✅ Generate QA reports, dashboards, and quality metrics Required Skills & Experience ✔ 5+ years of Software QA experience with strong SFCC exposure ✔ Solid understanding of SFCC architecture & Business Manager ✔ Experience with REST API testing (OCAPI / SCAPI preferred) ✔ Strong web application testing knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) ✔ Agile QA methodologies & regression testing expertise ✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
