What will you do

• The QA Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of software deliverables across multiple projects. This role involves designing, implementing, and overseeing the testing strategies and quality standards for projects. This role includes designing and executing test activities for SFCC projects, ensuring robust Test case solutions. The QA Consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee that testing processes align with business goals and meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

# Performing Testing Activities: Execution of manual test cases for Web, Android and iOS apps, ensuring that all testing efforts are completed on schedule. Perform Promotion , Coupon and Campaign Testing via SFCC Business manager.

# Defect Testing: Identify and log, defects throughout the testing lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with development teams.

# Test Documentation: Prepare and maintain test cases with results

# Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvements and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements that increase efficiency and quality.

Technical Competencies

• Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).

• Proficiency with QA tools such as JIRA and Postman.

• Familiarity with manual testing techniques.

• Experience in API, UI, and functional testing.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to interpret business and technical requirements and translate them into detailed test cases.

• Should be fluent with Cart and Checkout - Ecom Cart and Checkout Flows.

• Comfortable running SFCC promotions and SFCC campaigns related to QA.

• Good experience in functional testing with a focus on test planning, bug hunting, test execution, and communicating with stakeholders is desirable.

• Must possess sound knowledge in Testing methodologies and processes.

• Must have hands on experience with eCommerce Domain.

• Must have working experience in OMS (Order management system)

• Well versed with POS systems.

• Must have working experience in Web and Mobile application testing.

• Well versed with compatibility testing (browser/OS/etc)

• Must have hands on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).

• Must be able to understand and describe retail/eCommerce flows in detail.

• Must have good communication skills (oral / written) to communicate efficiently with different stakeholders and Customer to discuss on project topics.

Qualification, Experience & Certification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Tester with 5 to 7 Years of experience.

• Hands-on experience with both manual and SFCC BM

• Experience working in Agile environments.

• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, or equivalent are preferred.
