What will you do
- The Performance Test Engineer is responsible for ensuring the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) eCommerce applications. The role involves planning and executing performance, load, and stress testing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks. The engineer will also support functional and integration testing for Cart, Checkout, OMS, and POS flows to ensure seamless user experiences across digital channels.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Owners and Business stakeholders to define Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs). Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests using JMeter, BlazeMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad. Monitor and analyze performance using Grafana, InfluxDB, New Relic, or Dynatrace. Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks across API and web layers. Partner with DevOps and engineering teams to tune application performance and optimize infrastructure. Conduct functional, UI, and API testing across SFCC environments. Execute and validate SFCC promotions, campaigns, cart, and checkout flows. Perform end-to-end testing across OMS and POS integrations. Manage test cases and defects using JIRA; validate APIs via Postman. Ensure alignment with SDLC and STLC best practices. Support regression, compatibility, and cross-browser testing for web and mobile platforms. Communicate performance findings and QA insights to stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience
