About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our product team and take ownership of product quality. You will work closely with developers, product, and operations to ensure features are delivered according to requirements, with minimal rework and high reliability. This role is focused on manual testing at the current stage of the product.

Responsibilities Review product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Perform manual testing for web and/or mobile applications Validate user flows, edge cases, and system behavior Test frontend and backend integrations, including API responses and data validation Identify, document, and track bugs clearly using Jira Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing Ensure completed features meet requirements before release Collaborate with developers to clarify expected behavior Support release readiness and quality checks

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 2–4 years of experience in manual QA / software testing Hands-on experience with API testing (REST APIs) using tools such as Postman or similar Basic understanding of HTTP methods, Status codes and request/response structure. Hands-on experience with Jira (bug tracking, workflows, comments) Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) Strong ability to write clear, structured bug reports High attention to detail and analytical thinking Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Nice to Have Experience testing web and/or mobile applications Familiarity with Agile / Scrum environments Exposure to automation testing (not required at this stage)
