Role & seniority: Experienced Quality Technician / Machine Operator (mid-level).
Stack/tools: Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM); GD&T knowledge; hand measuring tools; micrometers, calipers; open granite setups; Word, Excel, Access, Outlook; basic computer/software/database use.
Perform quality control tasks to assure product quality and integrity, including receiving and in-process inspection.
Report technical/digital data using measuring equipment (CMM) and document inspection results; identify and control nonconforming material.
Create complex CMM programs and maintain inspection records.
High School diploma plus ≥3 years in an industrial environment.
Advanced GD&T knowledge.
Proficiency with CMMs and standard measuring tools; ability to enter results and maintain documentation.
Experience with Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
Practical knowledge of QC lab environments.
Experience with open granite setups and efficient use of measuring tools.
Climate-controlled work environment awareness.

An experienced Quality Technician| Machine Operator will work with engineering and supporting management to report technical and digital data with measuring equipment including Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). The Quality Technician is responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to Quality Control to assure the quality and integrity of Company products. This position requires advanced knowledge of GD&T. This position may include performing receiving and in-process inspection of manufactured parts and assemblies utilizing standard measurement and test equipment with result entry for the documentation of inspection records, identification, and control of nonconforming material.
This Position Requires
High School diploma with at least three years of experience in an industrial environment Ability to create complex CMM Programs Experience in a Quality Lab Environment with efficient use of hand measuring tools, open granite set ups Proficiency in the use of micrometers, calibers and any other measuring equipment
Additional Experience
Strong practical knowledge of GD & T Work with computer software and databases such as Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
This position requires a first shift work schedule.
