Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Automation and Manual Test Engineer to lead automation initiatives across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing robust automation frameworks, implementing test strategies, and integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines. This role requires strong technical expertise in both Automation and Manual testing, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Design, architect, and maintain robust scalable test automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile applications.
Define automation strategy, standards, and best practices across projects as per best QA practices and company standards.
Develop and maintain automated test suites using Python.
Perform API automation testing using Postman and Playwright tools.
Analyses test failures, improve test reliability, and reduce flaky tests.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Mentor junior test engineers and promote best practices in automation.
Track and report automation metrics, coverage, and quality KPIs
Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve automation efficiency.
Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and work closely with product and engineering leads to prioritize and resolve critical issues before they reach production.

10+ years of experience in software testing with at least 7+ years in automation.
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
