Key Responsibilities
Proficiency in Python, Playwright Selenium is mandatory; must have more than 4 years of hands-on experience in both for automation testing. Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks using Python and Playwright. Design, implement, and execute automated test scripts for web applications, APIs, and integrations. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to identify test coverage gaps and improve quality processes. Perform manual testing when needed, including exploratory and regression testing. Analyze test results, report defects using tools like Jira or Bugzilla, and track resolution. Optimize test scripts for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) for automated testing. Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to test strategy and process improvements. More than 4 years of experience in Playwright and Python Automation experience is a must
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in QA automation engineering.
Strong experience with automation frameworks Selenium.
Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured) and version control (Git).
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and test management tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
ISTQB certification or equivalent.
Exposure to performance testing (e.g., JMeter) or mobile automation.
