QA Audit Director

Position Overview The QA Audit Director is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and audit processes within the organization. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with IRS regulations and codes, leading audit teams, and implementing best practices to enhance audit quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement audit strategies in alignment with IRS guidelines. Lead and manage audit teams to ensure effective execution of IRS audits. Review and analyze audit findings, and provide recommendations for process improvements. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with IRS codes and regulations. Conduct training and mentorship for audit staff on IRS auditing practices. Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management on audit results and compliance status. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IRS regulations and best practices in auditing. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in audit or quality assurance roles, with a focus on IRS audits. Strong knowledge of IRS codes and regulations. Certification as a CPA is preferred but not mandatory. Experience with Microsoft tools and software is a plus. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
