About the role As a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with Gen AI/ Selenium/ Playwright experience you will make an impact by leading automation initiatives and ensuring high-quality software delivery. You will be a key member of our QA team, collaborating with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to define and execute robust testing strategies.

In this role, you will

• · Lead and mentor QA team members to strengthen testing practices.
• · Define and implement test strategies and test plans.
• · Manage release activities and ensure timely, quality delivery.
• · Debug and execute automated scripts using Playwright and Selenium.
• · Estimate testing efforts and provide accurate timelines.
• · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on quality goals.

• What you need to have to be considered
• · 12+ years of QA experience with agile practices.
• · Expertise in writing, enhancing, and executing automated scripts using Playwright and Selenium.
• · Hands-on experience with Java and TypeScript.
• · Strong knowledge of QA processes and frameworks (Keyword Driven, Hybrid).
• · Experience with REST Assured, JUnit/TestNG, and build tools like Maven.
• · Proficiency in version control tools such as GitHub.
• · Excellent communication skills.

• Experience with LLM models, Amazon Kendra, Amazon Bedrock, and embedding strategies.
• Ability to customize automation frameworks for complex scenarios.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug intricate automation issues.
• Proven track record of mentoring and leading QA teams.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and AI-driven testing approaches.
