We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with expertise in GenAI-driven testing, Selenium automation, and modern QA engineering practices. In this role, you will lead automation initiatives, enhance testing strategies, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality, reliable software. You will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and cross‑functional teams to drive excellence in quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with QA team members to strengthen and optimize testing processes. Define, design, and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test frameworks. Manage release cycles, ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery. Develop, debug, and maintain end‑to‑end automated test scripts using Playwright and Selenium. Estimate testing efforts, plan resources, and provide accurate execution timelines. Work closely with cross‑functional teams to align on quality goals and business requirements. Execute functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing as needed. Contribute to CI/CD pipeline optimization to support seamless validation and deployment.
Required Qualifications Strong QA background with solid understanding of Agile methodologies. Expertise in writing, enhancing, and executing automated test scripts using Selenium. Hands‑on programming experience with Java, Python, or TypeScript. Strong understanding of QA frameworks including Keyword‑Driven and Hybrid automation. Experience with REST Assured, JUnit/TestNG, and build tools like Maven. Proficiency with version control tools such as Git/GitHub. Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.). Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
