Role & seniority: Senior Technical Automation Engineer responsible for driving automation and coordination across pre-silicon to post-silicon delivery for power IP/features.
Stack/tools: Embedded Linux, Python (expert), shell scripting, Git; ROS/ROS2; simulators (Gazebo/Ignition/CARLA/Webots); CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins); Docker; distributed test environments; test automation principles; logs/metrics tooling.
Architect and maintain scalable Python-based test frameworks for simulation, integration, and hardware-in-the-loop environments; drive end-to-end automation of build, test, and deployment pipelines.
Lead design of regression suites, scenario-based tests, and performance validation workflows; oversee automation tooling for logs, metrics, triage, traceability, and reproducibility.
Collaborate with robotics development, QA, and DevOps teams to improve quality, reliability, and coverage; reduce pipeline flakiness and strengthen quality gates.
8–15 years Embedded Linux & use-case automation; 5+ years in robotics domain.
Expert Python, Linux, shell scripting, Git; strong test automation principles; hands-on with Docker and CI/CD frameworks.

Solid CS fundamentals: Computer Science degree required. Hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD frameworks (GitHub Actions/GitLab/Jenkins), and distributed test environments. Strong leadership, design, and cross-functional communication skills.
