Principal responsibilities UAT Test cases preparation for all changes or enhancements on Digital Business Banking platforms covering pre-logon and post-logon environment such as online application form portal, e-Banking platform covering desktop and mobile, WeChat, etc. Define/ provide support to define/write up test strategy and/or test plan of all digital platform functional releases. Participate in UAT review meetings, perform test results logging, report test results and participate to resolve issues with IT and solution vendors. Coordinate with stakeholder including but not limited to business owners, IT, external vendors and facilitate in reaching agreement on problem fix prioritization, acceptance criteria, etc. UAT Test cases execution for all changes or enhancements on Digital Business Banking. Provide support to production release verification when required over the weekend and/or weekday during mid-night hours to ensure that the release is successfully launched. Support production/IT incident fixes testing in UAT and Production. Provide daily and weekly updates on the status of the projects and provide UAT Sign off document after the testing is completed. Retain UAT records, including UAT sign-off and corresponding screen shots. Requirements University degree/diploma in related fields. 1 year above experience in a UAT Tester role. Agile methodology and ways of working experience. Adaptability and flexibility to respond quickly in evolving project delivery cycle. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders based on a good understanding of mutual objectives and the services required to meet those objectives. Awareness of the testing process and experience of performing testing. Efficient communication skills on written and verbally with English (must), Mandarin (must), and Cantonese (optional), to explain complex or technical issues; ability to read traditional Chinese. Ability to manage multi tasks and cater irregular work shift during releasing period. Demonstrated commitment to fostering inclusivity and teamwork. Ability to structure ambiguous problems, prioritize tasks, and make data-driven decisions.
