We are currently looking for a UAT Tester to join our team in Athens.

About the Role

The UAT Tester will ensure that digital banking services meet business requirements, compliance standards, and customer expectations before production release. The role includes designing and executing UAT tests, logging/tracking defects, and close collaboration with business & IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and developers to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios. Develop and execute UAT test plans, test cases, and test scripts for digital banking applications. Identify, log, and track defects (JIRA/ALM/TestRail) and coordinate resolution with the development team. Perform regression testing after fixes or system updates.

Conduct end-to-end testing of customer journeys: account opening, transactions, payments, authentication. Validate compliance with banking regulatory requirements and security policies (PSD2, GDPR, KYC, AML). Coordinate UAT sign-off with stakeholders and ensure readiness for production deployment. Produce test reports (defect trends, findings, improvement recommendations).
