Role & seniority: QA – Functional Tester (mid-level)
Stack/tools: UAT testing; web/mobile/API testing; test management tools (JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail); familiarity with PSD2, GDPR, KYC, AML compliance
Collaborate with BAs, PMs and developers to translate requirements into test scenarios; develop/execute UAT plans, test cases, scripts for digital banking apps
Identify, log and track defects (JIRA/ALM/TestRail); coordinate fixes with development team; conduct regression testing after fixes/system updates
Perform end-to-end customer journey testing (account opening, transactions, payments, authentication); ensure regulatory/security compliance; coordinate UAT sign-off and readiness for production; produce test reports
2+ years in UAT testing (preferably in banking/financial services); strong online/mobile banking and payment systems knowledge
UAT methodologies, web/mobile/API testing; experience with test management tools; good grasp of compliance and security practices in digital banking
Experience in digital payments (SWIFT, SEPA, real-time); automation tools (Selenium, Postman); accessibility testing (WCAG)
