Responsibilities Work with business analysts, product managers, and developers to understand banking requirements and translate them into test scenarios. Develop and execute UAT test plans, test cases, and test scripts for digital banking applications. Identify, log, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution with development teams. Conduct regression testing after fixes or system updates. Perform end-to-end testing for customer journeys, including account opening, transactions, payments, and authentication processes. Validate system compliance with banking regulations and security policies. Collaborate with stakeholders to obtain UAT sign-off and ensure readiness for production deployment. Provide detailed test reports, including defect trends and recommendations for process improvements. Ensure digital banking channels provide a secure, user-friendly, and efficient customer experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. 2+ years in UAT testing in core banking, online banking, mobile banking, and payment systems.
