Role Summary We are looking for an experienced UAT Test Lead to establish and lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) function for a new digital bank. This role is responsible for ensuring business readiness and end-to-end validation of banking systems before go-live. The Test Lead will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, operations, technology teams, and vendors to ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements, regulatory expectations, and operational needs.
