Key Responsibilities Lead, coordinate, and oversee all User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for the R2 release. Develop and own all UAT test artefacts, including the UAT Test Strategy, Test Approach, Test Plan, and Test Closure Report. Prepare and maintain UAT documentation, including test scenarios, test scripts, and acceptance criteria. Support a user‑driven UAT model, ensuring business users are fully enabled to execute their own testing. Work closely with Business Users, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to ensure UAT readiness and smooth execution. Perform hands‑on testing where required to support delivery timelines. Track UAT progress, manage defects, and monitor test execution against the overall release plan. Provide regular status reporting to Product Owners and stakeholders, highlighting risks, issues, and blockers early. Engage closely with business stakeholders to ensure timely completion of all UAT activities
Skills & Experience Proven experience as a UAT Test Lead, preferably within the banking domain. Strong understanding of UAT processes, defect management, and test governance.
