Most consultants work in a model where they have the flexibility and autonomy to choose projects aligning to their experience, skills and desired lifestyle. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities, with strong focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and UAT execution approaches aligned with project timelines. Coordinate with business users, PMO, and IT teams to prepare UAT scenarios, test cases, and test data. Facilitate UAT execution, including test scheduling, defect tracking, and retesting activities. Manage and prioritize defects and issues, working closely with development and functional teams to drive resolution. Ensure testing coverage across business processes, systems, and integrations impacted by the project. Track and report testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to project leadership. Identify testing risks early and act as the first point of escalation for quality-related issues. Support change readiness by ensuring solutions are fit for business use prior to go-live. Contribute to continuous improvement of testing standards, templates, and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (required).
• 5–8+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance roles, with at least 2–3 years in a Test Lead or UAT Lead role.
