About the role
As the End-2-End QA Lead working across enterprise-wide initiatives, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring testing is robust, traceable, and aligned with business outcomes. You’ll be hands-on in shaping quality practices across Cbus and its vendor partners, working closely with delivery teams, stakeholders, and third-party testers to drive structured and efficient testing processes.
Establish and maintain reusable testing frameworks that support end to end integration and UAT. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage defect triage processes. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure quality standards are met. Drive continuous improvement in testing practices and outcomes. Contribute to the evolution of QA into a dedicated function within the Strategic Enterprise Delivery function within the Fund.
About you
You’re a seasoned QA professional with experience leading large scale integration testing between multiple vendors and internal stakeholders. You bring a structured, proactive approach and thrive in high-performance cultures. You’re confident with tools like Jira and Confluence, and skilled in test planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
