Key Responsibilities Design, development, and maintenance of automated test frameworks and tools using Python. Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and validation strategies for new and existing products. Work Experience Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in product validation, test automation, or software development. Strong expertise in Python programming and automation frameworks (e.g., Pytest, Robot Framework, Selenium, etc.). Proven experience designing and implementing scalable automated test solutions. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Strong communication and documentation skills. Experience mentoring or leading engineering teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with hardware validation and automation in consumer electronics or embedded systems. Familiarity with other programming languages (e.g., Shell, C/C++, Java). Experience with cloud-based test infrastructure and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of test management tools and reporting dashboards. Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.
