End User Computing - Senior Quality Engineer

Role Overview
The End User Computing (EUC) Senior Quality Engineer is responsible for the design, delivery, and operational excellence of the enterprise end-user technology ecosystem. This includes Windows and macOS laptops/desktops, iPads, iOS mobile devices, and the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote), as well as collaboration platforms such as SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
This role partners closely with endpoint management platforms (Intune for Windows, JAMF for macOS/iOS) and core identity and security services including Entra ID, Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Purview.
The Senior Quality Engineer owns end-to-end service quality by embedding monitoring, telemetry, automation, and Digital Experience (DEX) analytics into platform design, operations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead quality engineering strategy for enterprise end-user computing platforms, ensuring reliability, security, performance, and usability. Own end-to-end service quality and performance through proactive monitoring, observability, automation, and DEX analytics. Identify system and service issues, analyze experience and performance trends, and drive corrective actions. Improve platform stability, reduce defect patterns, and enhance user experience across the enterprise. Partner with IT Operations and managed service providers to oversee vendor delivery, service quality, and operational performance. Validate technical designs for standards compliance, operational readiness, and alignment with enterprise architecture. Support lifecycle management of EUC platforms using Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices. Ensure seamless deployment and operation of endpoint security and cyber tools across devices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in IT operations, quality engineering, or end-user computing within large enterprise environments.
Desired Skills & Attributes
Experience applying ITIL, Agile, or DevOps frameworks to improve service quality and operational reliability. Familiarity with digital experience monitoring, telemetry, and observability platforms. Experience leading vendor teams or managed service providers to improve platform health and customer outcomes. Hands-on experience with endpoint analytics, device health metrics, and monitoring frameworks. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and cloud integration patterns across EUC and collaboration platforms. Background supporting large-scale enterprise environments integrating identity, security, cloud, and collaboration services.
