Description
Perennial Systems is seeking a Microsoft Cloud Automation Engineer with a strong focus on development and scripting (8085%). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API, with hands-on experience in Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365. This role emphasizes automation, integration, and cloud identity engineering, with limited administrative responsibilities (2025%).
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain advanced PowerShell scripts and automation frameworks. Build integrations and automation solutions using Microsoft Graph API. Automate identity lifecycle management within Azure Active Directory / Entra ID. Develop automation workflows for Intune device, policy, and application management. Create reusable automation modules and libraries aligned with enterprise standards. Optimize automation for security, scalability, and performance. Collaborate with Perennials cloud and engineering teams to deliver automation-driven solutions for clients.
Cloud Administration (Secondary Focus)
Provide operational support for Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint). Administer Entra ID including users, groups, roles, and access policies. Support Intune configurations, compliance policies, and endpoint management. Perform cloud administrative tasks as part of automated solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft cloud and automation roles. Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting (advanced level). Hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph API. Solid working experience in Azure Cloud, specifically Azure AD / Entra ID. Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration. Practical knowledge of Intune (Endpoint Manager).
