Role Description We’re looking for an IT Automation Architect with deep hands on experience in IT operations, automation, and enterprise platforms. You’ll help define how our AI designs safe, scalable automation workflows across identity, endpoint, and infrastructure systems. This is a high impact role where your real world IT knowledge directly shapes the product.
Qualifications 7+ years hands on IT operations experience (systems, infrastructure, or enterprise IT). Deep experience with Microsoft 365 (Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange, Intune). Strong understanding of ITSM workflows, identity, endpoint, and access management. Proven experience building or managing production automation.
