Role & seniority: Flex Senior Quality Engineer (temporary, 2 openings) within Enterprise Quality Engineering, End-to-End Automation (E2E) team.
Stack/tools: Automation frameworks: TOSCA, Selenium, Playwright; BrowserStack, Postman, Ready API; cloud platforms: AWS, Azure; environment/automation tooling and related scripting.
Validate automation integrity and troubleshoot end-to-end test execution; coordinate across Dev, QA, and infra teams.

This is a temporary position. There are 2 positions. Role Summary Join the Enterprise Quality Engineering organization as a Flex Senior Quality Engineer supporting the End-to-End Automation (E2E) team. This role ensures automated test suites and orchestration are stable, compliant, and ready for enterprise-scale testing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Validate automation integrity and proactively troubleshoot issues that impact end-to-end test execution.
Partner with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve automation-related defects. Coordinate with stakeholders across technical and business teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
Working knowledge of , TOSCA, Browserstack, Postman, Ready API, Selenium, and Playwright automation frameworks.
Coordinate and oversee squad-level end-to-end test execution
Review and modify test scripts and flows to support release testing
Mentor and support testers and automation engineers
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of test activities
Collaborate with other squad leaders and the Senior Team Leader to align on priorities and best practices
Participate in training and process improvement initiative
Demonstrates continuous improvement through metrics of quality consistency and client satisfaction
Required Skills & Experience
Expertise in Automation & Environment Management: Strong understanding of software automation principles and best practices for managing complex end-to-end flows.
Cloud & Virtualization Knowledge: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, along with virtualization technologies.
Automation Tool Familiarity: Working knowledge of and TOSCA or Playwright automation frameworks to support functional testing.
Analytical & Communication Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities combined with clear, effective communication across teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in enterprise-scale end-to-end automation management.
Knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting (Typescript, Python, PowerShell).
Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.
Familiarity with hospitality industry systems.
