We are seeking a Test Specialist ServiceNow to join our team providing essential IT services at one of the European Institutions based in Warsaw, Poland. This role demands an experienced professional capable of executing sophisticated testing procedures and driving quality across complex systems.
Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)
Design and Documentation: Creating and documenting comprehensive test cases for various software systems.
Execution: Executing planned tests and conducting exploratory test sessions, unit testing, integration testing, functional testing, performance and stress testing, acceptance testing and regression testing
Reporting: Reporting Test results and identified defects, interpreting those results, and communicating test progress and issues.
Collaboration: Cooperating closely with analysis, architects, software development, and service desk teams.
Quality Assurance: Reviewing project documentation to ensure quality standards are met.
Mandatory Requirements (Profile Specification)
Education: ICT relevant Bachelor degree.
Language: Minimum English language skills at CEFR Level B2 (Fluent).
Certification: At least 1 certification among ISTQB Advanced, OR an equivalent certification recognized internationally.
Required Knowledge and Specific Technical Expertise
Hands-on experience in testing complex systems up to the required
