Role & seniority: Manual Tester (ServiceNow) – senior-level, remote engagement with on-site initial assignment
Stack/tools: ServiceNow; Test Management (ServiceNow TM, Zephyr); defect tracking (ServiceNow, Jira); SQL for test data; familiarity with SPM and HRSD modules; Agile/Scrum practices
Define test plans, detailed test cases, test scenarios, and manual test scripts from business/technical requirements
Execute manual functional and integration tests; log, report, and track defects/incidents; support UAT
Coordinate testing activities with BA, developers, and product owners; participate in reviews and progress reporting
11+ years IT experience with hands-on manual testing of ServiceNow in enterprise environments
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow testing practices, release cycles, and test management
Proficient with test case management and defect tracking tools (ServiceNow, Jira); SQL for test data
Familiarity with SPM and HRSD modules; strong knowledge of black-box, regression, and exploratory testing; English fluency
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, ITBM/SPM, TM 2.0) or ISTQB
Awareness of test automation approaches

We currently have a vacancy for a Manual Tester (ServiceNow) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert remotely. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client's IT team on site. Your tasks Definition of test plans and detailed test cases based on business and technical requirements; Design and construction of test scenarios and manual test scripts; Execution of manual tests in both functional and integration testing phases; Reporting, logging, and follow-up of defects and incidents; Test coordination, including collaboration with business analysts, developers, and product owners; Participation in test review meetings and preparation of test progress reports; Support in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
Requirements
University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 11 years of relevant working experience in IT; Hands-on experience in the manual testing of ServiceNow applications in enterprise environments; Experience with ServiceNow testing practices, including Test Management and Release cycles; Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (e.g., black-box, regression, exploratory testing); Experience with test case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow Test Management, Zephyr); Experience with defect tracking systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira); Experience preparing test data, ideally using SQL and relational databases; Familiarity with ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) and HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) modules; Good understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and their impact on testing cycles; Awareness of test automation approaches (though not required to automate);
The following certifications are considered an asset: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - SPM (formerly ITBM), ServiceNow Certified Test Management 2.0, ISTQB Foundation Level or higher; Excellent command of the English language.
