Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced QA Test Analyst ServiceNow to support testing activities across enterprise ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing ServiceNow or similar enterprise workflow platforms, with strong expertise in validating IT workflows, business processes, and platform configurations to ensure high-quality and reliable releases.
This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise systems testing, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Key Responsibilities
Perform functional, system, integration, regression, and UAT testing for ServiceNow applications and modules Test IT workflows and end-to-end business processes configured within ServiceNow Validate features, forms, workflows, notifications, integrations, and configurations for accuracy and performance Design, create, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements Identify, log, track, and retest defects using Azure DevOps or similar defect management tools Execute SQL queries to validate data integrity, backend data flow, and integration results Collaborate closely with developers, ServiceNow administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders Participate in release planning, sprint reviews, and defect triage meetings Ensure testing aligns with enterprise quality standards and ServiceNow best practices Support continuous improvement of QA processes and testing frameworks.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Test Analyst / QA Analyst Proven experience testing enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow or similar workflow-based systems Strong understanding of IT workflows and business process validation Hands-on experience in verifying features and workflows in enterprise platforms Good working knowledge of SQL for data validation Experience using Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.
