Role & seniority: Senior Automation Tester / ServiceNow Automation Engineer (focus on automated testing for ServiceNow)
Stack/tools: ServiceNow platform (HR Service Delivery/HRSD), automated testing tools and frameworks (Selenium, Cucumber, ServiceNow ATF), ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies), API integration (REST, SOAP)
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for the ServiceNow platform
Create comprehensive test plans and test cases; implement QA processes to ensure testing accuracy and efficiency
Perform and contribute to performance and security testing; troubleshoot issues and resolve complex automation challenges; stay updated with ServiceNow updates
Proficiency in navigating and configuring the ServiceNow platform
Experience with HRSD module and ServiceNow automation capabilities
Strong background in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, ServiceNow ATF)
Knowledge of scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies)
