We are looking for a Test Automation Specialist with ServiceNow experience, who will join an EU Institution in Brussels (50% onsite).

Description of the tasks

Design, prepare and monitor ServiceNow automated tests.
Contribute to the development of a plan to integrate ServiceNow automated testing within the testing process.
Evaluate tools and technology for automation best fit to the project within the DevSecOps approach.
Create an approach and methodology for building a test automation architecture.
Design and develop (new or modified) test automation solutions that meet the business needs.
Enable the transition of testing from a manual to an automated approach.
Create automated test reporting and metrics collection.

Mandatory Requirements

Proficiency in navigating and configuring the ServiceNow platform.
Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, ServiceNow ATF, …)
Understanding of ServiceNow’s scripting and automation capabilities, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies
Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for the ServiceNow platform.
Understanding of test automation strategies and when to apply them.
Ability to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards to ensure testing accuracy and efficiency.
Experience with performance testing and security testing.
Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other tools and platforms. Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for ServiceNow integration.
Ability to troubleshoot issues and think analytically to resolve complex automation challenges.
