We are hiring for a Salesforce Manual QA Tester position in our Bangalore location (Work From Office - WFO). In this entry-level role, you'll perform manual testing on Salesforce applications, focusing on Sales Cloud or Service Cloud modules. Ideal for candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience eager to kickstart their QA career in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Execute manual test cases for Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud functionalities, including workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom objects.
Identify, document, and report defects using tools like Jira or Salesforce Debug Logs.
Validate end-to-end business processes, user interfaces, and data integrity in Salesforce environments (Sandbox and Production).
Collaborate with developers and business analysts to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
Participate in agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups and sprint reviews.
Support regression testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Salesforce releases.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
(6 months to 1 year) of hands-on experience in manual testing, preferably with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
Basic knowledge of Salesforce platform (Trailhead certifications like Administrator or Platform App Builder are a plus).
Familiarity with testing concepts, SDLC/Agile, and defect lifecycle.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Basic SQL knowledge and tools like Postman (preferred). Show more Show less
