The role involves end-to-end functional, integration, and regression testing of Salesforce applications, ensuring high-quality delivery across releases in an Agile environment..
Key Responsibilities Review business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prepare and execute manual test cases for Sales Cloud and Health Cloud modules. Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, process builders, and data integrity. Conduct end-to-end testing for integrations, data migration, and reporting. Perform API testing using tools like Postman. Manage test planning, execution, and defect tracking using Jira. Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, review, retrospectives). Support UAT activities and ensure all functional scenarios are validated before release. Prepare detailed test documentation including test plans, execution logs, and summary reports.
Must-Have Skills Minimum 4 years of Salesforce manual testing experience. Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Health Cloud testing. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, standard/custom objects, and workflows. Experience in API & integration testing. Proficiency in Jira for test and defect management. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
