The Salesforce QA Teseter will support Salesforce enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service, combining hands-on QA ownership with end-user enablement and strong cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance
Lead QA efforts for Salesforce releases across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service. Develop, execute, and maintain regression test plans covering Flows, Apex triggers/classes, validation rules, screen flows, and automations. Coordinate and manage end-to-end UAT for new releases, Field Service configurations, and mobile app updates. Validate data integrity and relationships across key Salesforce objects, including Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Maintenance Plans. Test integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, email, document generation, and third-party platforms). Partner with IT Product Owners and delivery teams to validate acceptance criteria and resolve defects prior to deployment.
End-User Training & Enablement
Design and deliver training for both office-based and field technician users. Create user guides, quick-reference documentation, and instructional videos. Facilitate hands-on training sessions focused on Field Service Mobile, Work Orders, and scheduling workflows. Translate technical release notes into clear, user-friendly communications. Track user adoption metrics (logins, feature usage, error rates) and refine training strategies accordingly. Act as a Salesforce subject matter expert, assisting users with troubleshooting and feeding insights back to IT.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with business stakeholders to define test cases aligned with real-world operational scenarios. Collaborate with IT on solution design to ensure functional alignment with business needs. Participate in release management cycles from sandbox testing through production validation. Identify ongoing training and process improvement opportunities based on QA results, support tickets, and new system enhancements.
Qualifications
5-10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Field Service experience strongly preferred). Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Apex), and security/permissions model. Proven experience leading QA and UAT efforts in Salesforce environments. Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to end users. Experience working in Agile environments and using Jira or similar tools.
