We are seeking a highly skilled professional to ensure the quality of software and hardware used by our tellers and bankers. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with applications, middleware, and infrastructure teams throughout the development lifecycle. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, executing, and maintaining test plans across various environments. You will record test results, manage defect triage calls, and work closely with the business and other vendors to ensure seamless integration and quality assurance.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities

• Provide guidance on reviewing and evaluating requirements for testability.
• Recommend and implement solutions based on issue analysis.
• Identify emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.

• Create discrepancy reports and perform integration regression testing.

• Communicate the overall quality of deliverables using metrics.
• Participate in enterprise-wide programs and projects.
• Drive testing automation capabilities and identify opportunities for quality assurance enhancement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends through professional associations and individual learning.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant work experience in an IT or business environment.
• Relevant post-secondary degree.
• Leadership experience.
• Extensive experience creating Test Plans and Test Strategies.
• Solid experience compiling and interpreting reports.
