As a Test Engineer Telecom, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of telecommunications systems and applications through comprehensive testing methodologies. You will work closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues, implement automation frameworks, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes.

Your role

Designing, developing, and executing test cases for telecommunications applications and systems, with a focus on LTE RAN and IP/MPLS networks; Creating and maintaining automation frameworks using programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, and Shell scripting; Performing database testing and writing complex SQL queries to validate data integrity and application functionality; Testing REST APIs, SOAP services, and JMS queues to ensure proper integration and communication between system components; Working with Linux environments to perform system-level testing and troubleshooting; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, ensuring high-quality deliverables; Documenting test results, procedures, and maintaining test documentation.

Your profile

Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in developing applications/utilities using Java, JavaScript, and JBoss; Proficiency in automation testing frameworks and tools with demonstrated experience implementing test automation solutions; Solid understanding of database concepts and practical experience with SQL for testing data-driven applications; Experience testing REST APIs, SOAP web services, and JMS queues in telecommunications environments; Proficiency in Linux/UNIX environments and scripting languages such as PERL, Python, and Shell; In-depth understanding of LTE RAN architecture, IP/MPLS networks, and telecommunications protocols; Knowledge of network management concepts, protocols, and modeling techniques.
