A typical day might include the following
- Continuously develop the system test plan/test-cases based on product requirements and system architecture
- Conduct test execution and document the results
- Identify issues and provide clear input to teams responsible for resolution
- Follow-up on reported issues/defects, re-test and provide feedback
- Exchange and share knowledge with colleagues
- Actively work on improving existing test procedures and scenarios
To ensure success in this role, you need the following experience and skills
- University degree in Electronics, Computer Science or similar education
- Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunication industry
- Good knowledge of Linux concepts
- Good knowledge of networking and telecommunication concepts
- Good understanding of VOIP protocols is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (written, and verbal)
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple projects in accordance with R&D priorities
- Very organized work environment and work activities
Knowledge and experience with at least a part of the following are a plus
- Bash scripting
