Job Summary This position, under the supervision of Quality Assurance Supervisor, will be responsible to prepare and release quality files according to the Inspection Test Plan (ITP), to investigate the root cause of external/internal issues in order to improve the reliability of internal processes and products delivered by the plant. Candidate shall be able to obtain results with minimal guidance and be accountable for programs and projects results assigned by Quality Assurance Supervisor

Responsibilities and duties

Manage QA/QC documentation: inspection plan (ITP), test procedures, inspection reports, etc.

Perform inspection in-house and at supplier premises (visual /dimensional, hydrotest, etc.) Manage new item and new product qualification processes Managing supplier part approval (PPAP) to completion – initially and with every engineering change for New products, Engineered Packages, New spare parts Work with Manufacturing and Technical Service team on quality issues (both internal both coming from customer) to effective resolution and results Analyzing supplier NCRs and follow up for corrective actions, perform root cause analysis activities Develop, prepare, analyze and deliver accurate and timely required reports (statistical analysis, trends)

Requirements and skills

Engineering degree or equivalent culture

Excellent verbal and writing skills in Italian language Intermediate English level, both written and spoken 2 to 3 years of experience in quality related jobs, preferably inside manufacturing companies Experienced in inspection, hydrotest, NDE is a strong plus Act with autonomy and responsibility Ability to interact effectively with suppliers and customers Organize your work respecting deadlines and commitments
