Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong testing experience and Agile delivery expertise to support cross-functional teams in driving business outcomes, ensuring high quality software delivery, and facilitating Agile practices. The ideal candidate will blend hands-on analysis and testing capabilities with Scrum Master leadership to support sprint execution, requirements delivery, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery & Scrum Master Duties

Support Agile/Scrum delivery, ensuring ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives) are productive and aligned with team goals
Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-team coordination to enable predictable delivery
Act as a facilitator and servant leader, removing impediments and supporting team performance
Balance hands-on execution with delivery leadership to drive team success

Business Analysis & Requirements

Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements across multiple applications
Lead requirements gathering and refinement sessions with business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment
Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
Collaborate closely with technical teams to support design discussions and solution evaluation

Testing & Quality Assurance

Perform functional, integration, and regression testing in lower environments
Execute comprehensive test scenarios to maintain system stability across releases
Validate defect fixes, track issues, and coordinate defect triage throughout the delivery cycle
Ensure readiness for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production releases
