Perform coatings QA inspections per SSPC NBPI / NACE CIP standards

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with safety signs and site protocols

Coordinate with supervisor, adhere to schedules, and report to work on time; may work overtime, weekends, or nights as needed

Must-have skills: minimum 2 years of coatings inspection experience; 18+, reliable transportation; strong organizational and computer skills; ability to follow verbal directions; ability to pass drug test and criminal background check

Nice-to-haves: experience with JLG/manlifts; marine/industrial coatings background; familiarity with site safety and hazard signage

Description
- Main Industries has been serving the marine and industrial market for over 40 years. - QA Coatings Inspector (SSPC NBPI or NACE CIP, Level 1 or higher) needed. Pay rate is based on experience. Applicants must pass a drug screen and background check, and be clear of all felony convictions or midemeanors relating to a crimes of theft, drugs or violence. Work week may include weekends and be in excess of 40 hours, depending on work load. Experience with JLG/manlifts is a plus. It is imperative to report to work on time each and every day.
