Work Schedule: Onsite 5 days a week Hardware Validation Engineer will contribute to the design validation, testing, and troubleshooting of hardware products across platforms such as servers, networking equipment, and personal computing devices. This role will take ownership of test setup, independently execute verification and scale testing procedures, and conduct issue triage and support failure analyses. This position is part of the Engineering Services team, which works across departments to support the engineering and operation teams with technical expertise in electronics, operational software, and systems integration. Responsibilities
Test Environment Setup: Configure and maintain test stations for product validation. Define the appropriate hardware, software, and procedures to test products under real-world conditions.
Verification and Scale Testing: Execute and refine test cases to assess performance, functionality, and scalability. Identify inconsistencies and recommend adjustments to design or process.
Issue triage: reproduce the issue and identify the issue orientation – script, software, or hardware related.
Documentation: Produce detailed reports on test outcomes, debug findings, and engineering support activities. Maintain thorough documentation for traceability and future reference.
Technical Support: Provide hands-on support for cross-functional teams by addressing hardware and software-related issues during scale testing
Collaboration: Work closely with team members, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure timely execution of deliverables aligned with team and project goals.
Other Duties: Support additional engineering tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
