We’re looking for a hands‑on Hardware Validation Engineer to join a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and robustness of next‑generation hardware platforms. In this role, you’ll work across enterprise servers, networking equipment, and computing systems—building test environments, validating system behavior, and driving root‑cause analysis for complex issues.
This position is ideal for an engineer who thrives in the lab, enjoys solving tough technical problems, and collaborates naturally with cross‑functional teams.
What You’ll Do
Lab Setup & System Configuration
Build and maintain validation stations that simulate real‑world operating conditions. Configure hardware, firmware, and software components across diverse platforms.
Test Execution & Performance Analysis
Run structured and exploratory tests to evaluate system behavior under load. Optimize test procedures and provide actionable feedback to design and architecture teams.
Debugging, Reproduction & Root Cause Analysis
Reproduce hardware, firmware, and integration failures. Isolate issues across system layers using diagnostic tools, scripting, and engineering fundamentals.
Documentation & Reporting
Produce clear, detailed test reports, debug logs, and technical documentation. Maintain traceability for validation activities and support long‑term product reliability.
Cross‑Functional Engineering Support
Partner with design, operations, and integration teams during validation cycles. Assist with hardware/software integration challenges and system bring‑up efforts.
Team Collaboration & Additional Engineering Tasks
Contribute to broader engineering initiatives as needed. Support project milestones and ensure alignment with organizational technical goals.
