Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely releases that meet and exceed quality expectations. Support QE efforts across multiple product lines and scrum teams. Use subject matter expertise to guide scrum teams in creating comprehensive test strategies and plans, including manual and automated testing, performance testing, and security testing. Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to QEs within the Scrum teams, helping them stay up-to-date with the latest tools, technologies, and testing techniques.
