SDET Engineer-Onsite in Mesa, Arizona Overview Seeking an automation-focused SDET to design, build, and maintain robust test frameworks for web-based applications. This role emphasizes automated functional testing, CI/CD integration, and close collaboration with engineering teams in an Agile environment. The ideal profile leans heavily toward automation over manual testing and has strong hands-on experience with modern QA tooling. Required Technical Skills (Priority Order)

Automation Frameworks: Selenium WebDriver or Playwright

Programming Language: C# or Java

CI/CD & DevOps: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub

API Testing: Postman

Platforms: Windows desktop, server, and web environments

Databases: Strong understanding of SQL / PL-SQL and relational database concepts Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 5-7 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with a strong focus on web-based applications Demonstrated experience where automation is the primary focus of QA work 5+ years designing and executing test cases and test plans 3+ years of hands-on UI and API automation using Selenium (C# or Java) Proven experience working in Agile / Scrum environments Strong understanding of software development processes and testing methodologies Experience with version control systems and defect tracking tools Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills with the ability to explain testing strategy, results, and risks clearly.
