Role & seniority: Principal Member of Technical Staff (PMTS); Senior/lead system validation engineering leader for memory sub-system validation on AMD Server platforms.
Stack/tools: DDR interfaces (DDR/DDR3/DDR4, GDDR, LPDDR); memory I/O debugging; signal measurement equipment; schematics and layout docs; automation and test tooling; Python, Ruby, Perl (or similar).
Lead and mentor a high-performing validation team focused on memory sub-system validation for AMD Server products.
Develop and execute sophisticated system-level validation plans for DDR interfaces; drive innovation in test methodologies.
Manage vendor interactions for enablement, debugging, and AVL qualification; collaborate cross-functionally with design, firmware, software, and automation teams; drive risk management and data-driven process improvements.
Master’s degree with 10+ years or Bachelor’s with 12+ years in platform-level electrical/functional test development and execution.
Deep experience with DDR/GDDR/LPDDR memory testing on processors; extensive hands-on I/O debugging.
Proven vendor management and AVL qualification experience; strong communication skills.
Familiarity with signal measurement equipment, schematics, layout docs; programming ability in Python, Ruby, Perl, or similar.
Strong program management, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities.

Strategic Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of validation engineers dedicated to memory sub-system validation on AMD Server platforms.
Technical Excellence: Provide strategic technical direction and leadership in the development of sophisticated test and validation plans for DDR interfaces.
