Role & seniority: Integration & Test Responsible Engineer (senior), 6+ years in system integration, test, and qualification
Stack/tools: Satellite subsystem integration and test; system-level verification; environmental testing (vibration, thermal-vacuum); test procedures, data analysis, and compliance artifacts; cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, quality, and flight operations
Own system integration and test planning/execution for spacecraft subsystems; oversee functional, performance, and environmental tests
Verify/validate platform-level requirements; maintain verification artifacts and support qualification, acceptance, and flight readiness reviews
Manage risks, root-cause analysis, anomaly resolution, and feed lessons learned back to design; support launch site activities and on-orbit commissioning as needed
U.S. Person status (export-controlled access)
Bachelor’s in Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or related field
6+ years in system integration, test, and qualification; strong understanding of satellite subsystems and system interactions
Experience planning/executing system-level tests; strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Prior flight hardware experience
Experience with spacecraft environmental testing campaigns
Familiarity with aerospace verification/qualification standards

About the Role As an Integration & Test Responsible Engineer, you will be responsible for turning mature satellite platform designs into flight-ready systems. You will operate at the integration, test, and qualification phase of the product lifecycle, owning execution and ensuring the spacecraft meets system requirements and performs reliably in flight.
