About the Role We are looking for a Performance Testing Engineer with a strong foundation in performance engineering and a structured, analytical approach to problem solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about ensuring scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of large-scale systems and has hands-on experience in designing and executing performance, load, and stress tests. Exposure to automation, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering practices is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities Performance Testing and Engineering Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests for applications and services. Analyze performance test results to identify bottlenecks, capacity limits, and scalability issues. Work closely with development and architecture teams to recommend performance optimizations at code, configuration, and infrastructure levels. Establish performance benchmarks, SLAs, and acceptance criteria for systems. Test Design and Automation Develop reusable performance test scripts using industry standard tools and frameworks. Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous performance validation. Ensure test data, environments, and monitoring setups accurately reflect production-like scenarios. Collaboration and Design Thinking Apply user and business workload modeling to design realistic performance test scenarios. Collaborate with product, engineering, and DevOps teams to align performance goals with business needs. Participate in design and architecture reviews to proactively identify performance risks.
